Wanda’s wine education includes an Advanced Sommelier Certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers. She’s been fortunate to have worked for many of Chicago’s world class establishments and institutions including ¡Salpicón!, Mercat a la Planxa, NaHa, andBR Guest Restaurants.
